We have Opening for Major Client ” Ness ” for Bangalore Location

* Overall experience is 6+ years
* 5 years of performance engineering Relevant experience on web based
application using any of perf tools ex:WEB LOAD or LOAD Runner 5+years
Mandatory
* Debugging performance issues by looking the thread dump and heap dumps
* Focus to find the root cause of performance issues
* Comfortable with Java and good understanding of J2EE architecture
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in script development (Java Scripts, Perl, Tcl), debugging and maintenance
* Working knowledge of the application servers, preferably Weblogic
* How to check logs
* Steps for deployment
* Knowledge of code profiling tools e.g. yourKit, Performasure
* Knowledge of any of the database like writing SQL, basic information about database activity
* Passionate about work, fast pace with a can do attitude
* Java Background
